September

Next Sunday (7th September) Ken is hosting another game of bowls at Longsight Bowling Club in Harwood, starting at 2pm. This will be free for all members to come along and join in a friendly game of bowls. Please let us know if you're coming so we can plan accordingly.

There are just 4 events left in this years Central Lancs Grand Prix series. A couple of us have entered Worsley Woods 5mile trail on 28th September and it would be great to see a few of you down there! And, most importantly, the series concludes with  our own Last Drop 5km on 16th November. We have sold 50% of places already! Ken will be hosting a darts competition at the Last Drop Inn on the last Tuesday of every month. This will start around 8.15pm after Tuesday Trailers. Everyone is welcome to come along for free whether you have ran or not. This month will be Tuesday 30th September. 

October
NBR on tour to Rome Half Marathon -  Quite a few members have now signed up for the Rome half marathon on Sunday 19th October! Everyone is welcome to come along for NBRs first trip abroad - https://www.romehalfmarathon.it/en/ ! Everyone has booked flights separately with most people travelling on Friday – Wednesday to allow a couple of days sightseeing afterwards. If you are interested in this please email us your phone number and we will add you to the Whatsapp group that has been set up about this.  

November
Last Drop 5km – Our annual Last Drop 5km event will return again on Sunday 16th November starting at 10am. Entries are already open on the Mad Bull website -https://www.madbullevents.com/events-1/last-drop-5km-1

On Friday 21st November we plan to go to Last Drops Comedy Night again. Those of you who have been to these previously will know it's always a good night! As a member of NBR you get a discounted price of £10 per ticket. Please let us know if you're coming so we can book everyone's ticket though the club to ensure you get your discount. December

Our Christmas Party is booked in for Friday 5th December so get this date booked in your diaries! We will send more info about this next month once the Last Drop confirm their menu. Tickets will be available on the NBR shop for both members and non-members. 
 

Finally, on Saturday 21st December, we have our annual Festive Fun Run. Details to be confirmed closer to the time on here and our social media pages.
