After much deliberation we have decided the only way we can ensure everyones safety is to follow the example of other events and make our 10km virtual.
You can run any 10km route of your choice, at any time, on Saturday 14th November. Evidence of this must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by midnight on Sunday 15th November. This can be any form of proof, such as a strava link or a screenshot of your run.
Following receipt of evidence every finisher will be posted one of our exclusive NBR medals pictured above. We do have everyones address but if you have moved since registering for the event then please include your updated address when you submit your evidence.
As I'm sure you are aware, charities have really struggled to raise funds this year due to the cancellation of many major events. Therefore, we have decided to donate £2 of everyones entry to Bolton Hospice to support the vital work they continue to do! Any other profits raised from the event will be put back into the club to cover costs such as insurances and training run leaders, to ensure we can continue to provide free weekly runs when safe to do so.
